Job Description
JOIN OUR TEAM
As Intern Business Development you will support and drive various business development initiatives within the newly formed Stores business unit. This unique role offers a steep learning curve in a startup-like setting where you take responsibility from day one. You will work closely with a highly talented dynamic diverse team. This position is limited to 6 months and located in Munich.
WHAT YOULL DO
- support in solving diverse business development topics (e.g. Expansion strategic planning operations & logistics data analysis...)
- own and drive small to medium projects - coordinating with stakeholders across (and outside) the organisation to find pragmatic solutions
- conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to enable fact-based decisions
- selectively support other Retail Store team members with project-based tasks (e.g. Store openings Training)
- work closely with our Retail Store Managers the Head of Stores as well as team members across all business functions
YOU COME WITH
- university degree (bachelors or masters) in the making
- first professional experience (ideally in consulting or business development/operations department)
- strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint )
- ability to handle small to medium projects with limited supervision/on your own
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a make-it-work attitude
- team-oriented and collaborative approach to work and a passion for positive improvements
- excellent communication skills in German and English including strong oral and writing capabilities
