As the Safety Health & Environment Training Specialist you will be our subject matter expert in SHE training programs & initiatives that address the continuing needs of the business. Applying instructional design and adult learning principles to support the ongoing development and safety training needs of the business you will lead the design development and delivery of innovative and engaging SHE learning initiatives ensuring compliance with laws codes and regulations. Partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders you will drive the SHE competency framework and play a pivotal role in embedding a strong safety culture across the organisation.

Reporting to the L&D Manager you will use your passion for Safety Instructional Design & Facilitation to enhance training in a waythat it becomes part of what we do at Elders anywhere at any time.
