Job Summary
Recruit and engage agents to work with and grow their business. Learn from working with a close-knit team of mentors within the department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit and engage agents: Actively seek out new agents to join the team and engage existing ones to foster a positive working relationship.
Maintaining call volume requirements set by management.
Provide accurate product knowledge based off of carrier requirements.
Complies and verifies accuracy of data to be entered by agent being recruited.
Aware of and up to date in all changes in the senior market.
Contacts agents to resolve questions inconsistencies or missing data from documents they submit.
Actively use all resources to ensure that personal goals are met.
Special product campaigns.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Prior experience preferred but not required.
