Paul Davis Restoration of Southeast St. Louis
Compensation: $17$21/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Coordinate job intake dispatch and ongoing communication
- Collect review and manage job documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support to emergency mitigation teams
- Track job progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with administrative tasks and team projects
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Competitive hourly pay ($17$21/hour depending on experience)
