Job Description

KELOLAND Media Group in Sioux Falls SD is seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator.

The Digital Sales Coordinator is a key position that works within an established Sales Department to maximize station revenue opportunities from an order entry traffic and accounting perspective. The Digital Sales Coordinator is also responsible for assisting the sales team in a variety of functions to enhance the sales process and facilitate the delivery and success of digital marketing campaigns for KELO clientele.

  • Performs all clerical functions for the Sales Department
  • Monitor campaign pacing and deliverables
  • Orchestrate creative changes pull reports and digital tasking
  • Work in collaboration with all facets of the sales department: national sales local sales digital sales traffic and research.
  • Maintains awareness of the most current traffic policies practices and procedures
  • Enters order traffic and accounting data using computers ledgers orders and other resources.
  • Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems.
  • Work with corporate A/R department to manage invoices discrepancy claims and collection issues.
  • Problem-solving and deductive reasoning is required to accomplish tasks.
  • Prepares forms and reports.
  • Maintains files and other business records.
  • Perform or assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma
  • Personable with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computers telephones copiers scanners and other office equipment
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Ability to learn industry software.
  • One years experience in clerical support or administrative assistance preferably in the sales or media fields
