Job Description

Administrative Assistant Store Development
C&K Market has a full-time opportunity for an Administrative Assistant role supporting our 39 stores.
This position is responsible for assisting the Store Development and Maintenance Department. Duties include coordinating and assisting in the maintenance of all store and office facilities.
  • Manage and coordinate daily service calls for store and office maintenance needs
  • Assist with general store and office maintenance support
  • Participate in designing planning and budgeting for facility projects
  • Order equipment and supplies as needed
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs
  • Support planning and execution of special projects
  • Coordinate with vendors contractors and store teams for installations and upgrades
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work weekends when required
  • Include two professional references with your application
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel Teams and corporate databases
  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems mechanical equipment construction methods and store operations
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Language: Ability to read write and speak English fluently

  • Adhere to company policies and perform all assigned duties
