Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic people-oriented Culture and Experience Specialist to champion and enhance our internal culture employee experience and engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in fostering an inclusive inspiring and high-performance work environment that aligns with our companys values and mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and implement programs that drive employee engagement recognition and well-being.
Lead onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure positive smooth transitions.
Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and other channels to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Culture Development
Collaborate with leadership to embed core values into daily operations and decision-making.
Develop and facilitate initiatives that promote diversity equity inclusion and belonging (DEIB).
Organize internal events cultural moments and team-building activities that bring people together and enhance company culture.
Internal Communications
Support consistent clear and engaging internal communication strategies.
Assist with newsletters company-wide updates and communication campaigns that inform and inspire employees.
Brand Advocacy & Employer Branding
Support initiatives that promote a strong internal employer brand and employee advocacy.
Help manage internal social platforms and contribute to external employer branding campaigns.
Learning & Development
Partner with People teams to support the rollout of learning and development initiatives that align with career growth and personal development goals.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Communications Organizational Development or related field.
25 years of experience in HR employee engagement internal communications or similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Passion for building inclusive and positive workplace cultures.
Creative thinker with excellent organizational and event planning abilities.
Proficient in tools like Slack Microsoft Office Google Workspace and HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar).
