Summary Directs and coordinates activities in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent accounts of customers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for daily cash receipt processing.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer profile within the ERP & invoice distribution system to include onboarding new customers.
  • Responsible for customer credit application process by determining customer credit worthiness along with recommending customer terms and credit limits to management team for approval.
  • Responsible for collecting customer open accounts receivable and communicating customer financial status with management team.
  • Responsible for customer billing and statement inquires.
  • Responsible for customer credit card processing.
  • Responsible for processing invoice EDI.
  • Provide feedback on company credit policy.
  • Provide operational coverage on accounts payable & cash disbursement processing as needed.

Education and/or Experience

One to two years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and e experience.

Language Skills

Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Human Resource systems and Payroll systems Syspro Microsoft Office Suite ADP and Kronos.
