Mias Marketplace is growing. We are looking for a new store manager to help us with continuing our high level of customer service while also supporting our growth into online sales and increasing our community activities and events. Our existing manager is staying on for a short time to assist in the training and to help provide for a smooth transition.
As Store Manager you will oversee all aspects of store leadership ensuring that every detail from merchandising and styling to team culture and client experience aligns with Mias elevated standards. This role blends retail operations team leadership styling and creative marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage train and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service. Set expectations provide ongoing coaching and foster a positive and professional store culture.
Sales & Service: Lead by example on the sales floor. Build genuine relationships with customers and ensure each interaction feels welcoming and meaningful.
Store Operations: Oversee daily operations scheduling inventory online sales and communication with vendors.
Visual Merchandising: Execute visual standards and seasonal floor sets that reflect the Mias aesthetic.
Marketing & Events: Support Social Media Marketing Associate with content creation event prep pop-ups and promotional strategies that drive traffic and brand awareness.
Reporting: Track store performance and identify sales opportunities. Report regularly to ownership on key metrics and team development.
What Were Looking For:
25 years of retail management experience preferably in an upscale or boutique environment.
Passion for fashion giftware and thoughtful customer experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail you take pride in a beautiful well-run space.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Tech-savvy with basic understanding of POS systems inventory management and Shopify (or willingness to learn).
Flexible availability including weekends and high-traffic retail moments (holidays special events etc.).
Schedule Fulltime 5 Days a week. Includes Saturdays occasional Sundays.
Education/Training High School or GED equivalent.
Physical Demands Standing walking lifting (up to 60lbs) and climbing.
