Job Description

Role: Dietary Aide/Food Service Worker (On-Call Job)

Job Location: Savannah GA

Contract Duration: 1-week contract with unlimited extension based on performance

Pay Rate: $17

On-Call Rate: $8

Work Schedule: 36 hours/week

Shift: Night Shift (7 PM to 7 AM) AND/OR Day Shift (7 AM to 7 PM)

Job Description:

A dietary aide in a nursing home is responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents according to their individual dietary needs ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices assisting residents with eating and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. The aide must also follow specific dietary guidelines set by the facility and healthcare professionals.
