Exposure to working culture as Technical Lead for ST & Generator outages including dealing with all technical & safety matters related to outage execution owning the customer relationship during outage duration and driving customer issues resolution within outage schedule.
Understand and align towards outage execution excellence including cross-functional interaction with Engineering Sourcing Project Management Safety and Quality functions to achieve outage execution KPIs and customer satisfaction.
Participate in implementation/regular rigor towards site DMS to achieve field service outage milestones.
Ensure consistent application of business tools and processes applicable to the scope of outages being executed.
Uses technical experience for data analysis to support recommendations.
Capture report & implement outages best practices.
Share lessons learned with tangible outcomes/deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering/or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
6 months-1 year exposure/experience in the outage execution process of steam turbines or Generator preferably on large ST-Gen of 100 MW and above.
Mobility Requirements:
Shall be operating from Home/Desired Location under work from Remote policy for GE Vernova TFAs.
Extensive travelling to thermal power stations mainly in India for outage execution.

Technical Skills:
Should have sound fundamentals and knowledge on GE & Other OEMs Steam turbine technologies with operational aspects of various fleets.
Good exposure to Power Plant familiarization including ST-generator outage execution skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
