A well-established primary school in Waltham Forest London is seeking a dedicated Literacy Support Assistant to join their team and help students achieve their full potential. Responsibilities Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group literacy support to students
- Assisting in the development of reading writing and comprehension skills

- Building strong relationships with students to foster a positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a strong interest in literacy and education
- Experience working with children preferably in an educational setting

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be organised and able to support students with varying literacy levels
- A qualification in English or Literacy would be desirable but not essential
