Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general administrative duties pertaining to the support of Talent Acquisition and HR in our Atlanta GA Station. They will be available to answer employee questions and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner. They will prepare reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for assisting with new hire background checks and other related processes.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but where ability recognizes deviation from accepted practice is required.
  • Assist with New Hire onboarding and orientation as well as maintaining employee files.
  • Normally receives minimal instruction and can resolve complex problems with little management guidance.
  • Coordinates with human resources and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
  • Uses appropriate software report writing tools to produce customized and routine reports.
  • All other tasks as requested by department manager.

You will have a responsibility and duty while at work to take reasonable care of the health safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information training and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. What we are looking for:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess and maintain a valid US drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
  • Able to lift push or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to proficiently read write and speak English.
  • Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency.
  • Minimum one to two years progressive experience in a busy retail/administrative role.

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
