Position: Software QA Tester (Fully Remote)

What Youll Do:
- Ensure operational readiness & accuracy of software through manual testing.
- Create efficient test case scenarios.
- Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and collaborate on bug reports.
Looking For Someone With:
- A service-oriented mindset problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong knowledge of IT and mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for manual QA testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science (or similar) or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years in software testing with familiarity in MS Word Excel Jira Postman.
- Experience in SaaS software testing or development is a plus.

Qualifications

- Understanding in Information Technology
- Mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle (analyst design testing and support) and the capabilities and possibilities of software applications
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to clearly write testing documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform manual quality assurance testing
- Provide Technical Support
Education Requirements
Desired Bachelors degree in computer science or comparable degree or equivalent experience
Experience/Knowledge
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Software Testing role
- Knowledge of Computers and applications such as MS Word Excel Jira Postman
- Experience working in SaaS software testing or development
