Senior Software Engineer Automation Hbrido (Buenos Aires Argentina)
Working Model: Hybrid (primarily remote with occasional onsite presence in CABA up to once per week)
Availability: Full-time (Monday to Friday 918 hs 40 hs per week)

Essential Responsibilities
Software Development Excellence
- Design develop and maintain high-quality applications across frontend and backend environments.
- Build Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using modern frameworks and tools.
- Develop RESTful services with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot ensuring scalability performance and security.
Automation and Quality Assurance
- Create and execute unit tests integration tests and automated test scripts to ensure robust software delivery.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to process improvements across the SDLC.
Project Documentation and Communication
- Prepare project documentation including proposals business cases and reporting dashboards.
- Design and maintain automated reporting and analytics to support objectives tracking.
- Create presentation materials for leadership engagement.
Collaboration and Agile Practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver iterative and impactful solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure technical alignment with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer with proven expertise in automation and enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience in banking or financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Frontend: Strong expertise in HTML CSS TypeScript/JavaScript and React (PWA applications).
- Backend: Advanced coding skills in Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
- Databases & Tools: Solid knowledge of SQL Server Oracle MongoDB Kafka Git versioning.
- Architecture & Services: Strong experience with RESTful services JPA for persistence and microservices.
- Proficient in agile methodologies CI/CD pipelines and SDLC best practices.
