Sodexo Live! is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our warehouse at Hard Rock Stadium. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of documentation inventory processes and communication between departments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports large-scale events.
Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team and management.
Assist with the preparation organization and filing of documents such as packing slips invoices and delivery receipts.
Help with printing and distributing inventory sheets labels checklists and event-related materials.
Support inventory tracking receiving logs and end-of-day reports.
Communicate effectively with departments such as concessions procurement and finance to ensure documentation accuracy.
Ensure digital files are organized and accessible via shared drives or warehouse systems.
Respond promptly to administrative requests during events or set-up days.
Assist with scheduling or coordinating deliveries pickups and storage logistics.
Other tasks or duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Ops leadership.
Prior experience in an administrative or warehouse support role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting during non-traditional hours including weekends and event days.
Must be able to move around the warehouse stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments including exposure to temperature changes.
