Job Description
This position includes a $20000.00 Sign on Bonus w/a 2 year commitment to the organization. Sign On Bonus Eligibility to External Applicants ONLY with 1 year RN Acute Care Experience.

Position Summary:
RNs play a vital role in the collaboration and implementation of the continuum of care for their patients. It is never the same each day in terms of patient interaction and scope of treatments. This position is ideal for candidates that want to use their critical thinking and problem solving skills to make a true difference in their patients health and well-being.
Unit Overview:
24 Bed Unit Blended Unit of both Med Surg and Intermediate patients.
Patient Population:Orthopedic Trauma patients from our Level 1 Trauma Center ER Post-Orthopedic Surgeries (Joint Replacements Fractures Back Surgeries) Wound Vac Hemovac JP Drains as well as patients with Drips (Insulin Cardizem and Heparin)
Specialized with:Traction set-up Trapeze set-up Continuous Passive Motion Machines and External Fixation Devices
Generations 7 acute carewill offer a wide variety of experiences as they receive patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
**We are working to become certified in Geriatric Hip Fractures.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- BSN Preferred
- Current Ohio RN license
- Current CPR / BLS
- Specialty certifications as required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations; and prolonged periods of standing
- Must be able to lift medium materials (50lb max) non-material handling; continuous standing walking bending stooping and reaching; frequent pushing pulling and squatting
