Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Product Associate to join our research and development team at Real. This role will involve improving the systems accuracy efficiency and overall user experience by managing data sources analyzing user queries and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will directly contribute to a groundbreaking product that helps real estate brokers and agents save time reduce errors and deliver better service to their clients.
Duties/Responsibilities
Enhance Knowledge Sources: Regularly manage and update the documentation and data sources that drive the AI assistants responses ensuring they are accurate relevant and up-to-date.
Analyze and Improve: Identify patterns and trends in user queries and support tickets to detect areas where the system falls short and implement solutions to improve AI performance.
Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with engineers product managers and QA teams to test deploy and validate updates ensuring the system meets user expectations.
Monitor and Refine: Continuously monitor the AI assistants performance and fine-tune the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipeline configuration to optimize the assistants responsiveness and accuracy.
Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Conduct in-depth troubleshooting to address issues related to AI performance and user interactions ensuring the assistant delivers a seamless experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in user behavior and system performance.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on troubleshooting and quality assurance.
Familiarity with SQL Python and Postman is highly preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to system optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering product and support teams.
Passion for technology and an interest in shaping its application in the real estate industry.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience working with data management system optimization or AI-related tools is a plus.
Previous experience in troubleshooting or supporting AI systems or software products is a plus.
