The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will design develop and execute automated test scripts while collaborating closely with developers and product owners. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while promoting project success and maintaining exemplary standards.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement automated testing frameworks

- Collaborate with developers and product owners to enhance product quality

- Lead and mentor junior team members in testing methodologies

- Facilitate successful project execution and adherence to quality standards

- Manage client accounts and foster sturdy relationships

- Identify and address testing challenges with creative solutions

- Utilize technology to streamline testing processes and improve productivity

- Oversee strategic planning for testing initiatives

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- 8 years of experience in automation testing

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 8 years of experience in automation testing

- Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium

- Proficiency in building test frameworks preferred

- Understanding of system design for scalable test automation

- Enhancing observability with real-time monitoring preferred

- Collaborating with DevOps teams for improved test execution

- Experience in integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
