About the role

As part of the Marketing team you will support the team at the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE10 Company. And our dynamic ownership-driven culture will bring the very best out of you every day. As a SBM you are focused on driving growth in your market by leading the execution of the brand marketing Plans for a category in line with country commercial strategy as set by the Area.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand or category in the market.
  • Responsible for marketing for two brands in the market with responsibility for activation excellence of central Powerbrand plans.
  • Works across functions including Area supply sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans in order to deliver financial and share plans and targets
  • Manages initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio including development of new products consumer and shopper communications
  • Generates and proposes business development initiatives (BDIs) for the brand(s) based on consumer shopper and market understanding.
  • Supports the Trade marketing team as required in the implementation of the store-format activation plans or optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy.
  • Supports the Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements.
  • Responsible for Brand management of Local Brands in the Market portfolio and development Brand Plans product initiatives and Communication Plans.
  • Coaching and development of the Team.

The experience were looking for

  • Min. 5 years experience in brand marketing
  • Developed brand strategy product and communication innovation

  • Location: Slough Berkshire
  • Developed 360 campaigns: including both traditional TV as well digital such as programmatic social OLV etc with understanding of best in class creative practices across digital channels
  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree an MBA a plus but not required
  • Fluency in English
