We are looking to recruit a resilient committed energetic and highly motivated individual to lead and manage the new Year 7 cohort ensuring a smooth transition from Year 6 to secondary school. This position is a full time non-teaching role. You will work closely with primary schools parents/legal guardians and external agencies to facilitate an effective transition as well as providing professional leadership to Form Tutors and support staff setting high expectations and modelling the schools ethos. The role will also involve ensuring the mental health wellbeing and pastoral care of all Year 7 students are monitored providing appropriate guidance support and challenge along with overseeing pastoral management including behaviour attendance and safeguarding for the Year 7 cohort.
