Senior Accounting Manager
Location: Ellsworth ME
Full-time
Salary Range: $58411.00 - $70093.00
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Finance department including the supervision of the Accountant PR Accounting Technician and the AP Accounting Technician. The Sr Accounting Manager is responsible for contract administration including oversight of the maintenance of contract files. The Sr Accounting Manager supports the Finance Director in Agency financial matters and the safeguarding of Agency assets and ensures that Agency Finance Policies and procedures are followed.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR POSITION:
Experience and Skill Requirements: The following requirements and skills are considered essential:
- 5-7 years of accounting experience required as well as experience supervising staff.
Education/Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance business administration or the equivalent in skills and experience.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
