Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Cycle Counter to join our logistics team. In this critical role you will ensure inventory accuracy through precise computer transactions physical inventory control and routine cycle counting. By conducting thorough audits analyzing variances and reconciling inventory at month-end you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations and supporting production and shipping excellent pay and incentives at a company where you will be recognized and rewarded!

What Will You Get To Do:

  • Perform daily cycle counts variance reconciliation reporting and record maintenance
  • Review all inventory transaction documents reconcile paperwork and resolve discrepancies
  • Analyze variance root causes to eliminate inventory inaccuracy
  • Work with the Production Supervisor to manage and prioritize job builds
  • Ensure itemsare properly stored with the correct bar code
  • Ensure proper inventory controls are in place and maintained
  • Manage all unplanned material transactions and miscellaneous receipts in the ERP
  • Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials

What Will You Bring:

  • 2 years of experience in inventory control logistics or warehouse management
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basicskills in MS Word and Excel Word Outlook and the ability to learn ERP systemsuch as Syteline
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer-base; good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels both inside and outside the organization
