A regional leader in HVAC plumbing and electrical contracting is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join its growing team in Lititz PA. Known for delivering integrated building systems solutions and high-quality service this organization partners with commercial clients across industries to support their facilities operational needs. This is a permanent full-time opportunity ideal for a sales professional with technical expertise and a passion for relationship building.
This role focuses on growing and maintaining customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and delivering consultative sales support within the commercial HVAC plumbing and electrical services space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by targeting commercial HVAC plumbing and electrical service opportunities.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to assess customer needs industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships serving as a trusted resource and advisor.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular client site visits and presentations to introduce services and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical service offerings and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals estimates and contracts aligned with customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments including estimating operations and customer support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and document sales activities pipeline status and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Produce regular reporting for sales forecasts and business planning.
- Stay informed about advancements in the HVAC plumbing and electrical sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales ideally in HVAC plumbing or electrical services.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with strategic planning and working toward performance metrics.
- Flexibility to meet with clients outside standard business hours when necessary.
- Local travel to customer sites industry events and internal meetings is required.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the commercial HVAC plumbing or electrical industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
