Description
Tired of nights or shift-work Are you interested in working the day-shift withno weekends If so we are currently hiring a detail-oriented Porter to aid in the overall curb appeal for our small portfolio of commercial properties. The schedule for this position is 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday.
What you will do:
As a Porter you will play an important role in helping to attract new tenants to our commercial spaces by keeping the grounds and buildings neat clean and tidy.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Candidates will have the ability and desire to work outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and will be able to pass a background check and drug screening. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are also required for this position.
What you will receive:
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour plus $100/month gas allowance
