Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager Implementation & Transformation will play a critical role in supporting theSr. Transformation ManagerandBranch Expansion Managerin driving operational efficiency service growth and the successful expansion of new branch locations. This role is responsible for project execution stakeholder coordination and ensuring the seamless implementation of strategic initiatives within theDeutz Power Center (DPC) Network.
The ideal candidate is an organized detail-oriented professional with experience inoperations transformation projects and facility expansion. They will act as akey liaison between cross-functional teams ensuring alignment on goals timelines and execution strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager Implementation & Transformation will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
Implementation & Transformation Support
Branch Expansion Coordination
Project Specialist Support
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Process & Compliance Management
Performs other as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Will have direct reports
Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 25-50% depending on business needs.

Bachelors degreein Business Operations Management or a related field.

3-5 years of project management experience in operations transformation or business expansion.

Proficiency inMS Office experience with project management tools and data analytics tools.
X
Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
X
Experience working in amatrix organization influencing change across multiple departments.
X
Knowledge ofconstruction project management budgeting and contractor coordination.
X
Familiarity withoff-highway equipment service center operations or manufacturing environments
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS:
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:
Add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Compute rate ratio and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g. formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
