Job Description

Project Manager Implementation and Transformation

Location: DPSC - St. Louis MO
Working hours:40-60

Its core competences are the development production distribution and servicing of diesel gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment agricultural machinery material handling equipment stationary equipment commercial vehicles rail vehicles and other applications.

Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager Implementation & Transformation will play a critical role in supporting theSr. Transformation ManagerandBranch Expansion Managerin driving operational efficiency service growth and the successful expansion of new branch locations. This role is responsible for project execution stakeholder coordination and ensuring the seamless implementation of strategic initiatives within theDeutz Power Center (DPC) Network.

The ideal candidate is an organized detail-oriented professional with experience inoperations transformation projects and facility expansion. They will act as akey liaison between cross-functional teams ensuring alignment on goals timelines and execution strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager Implementation & Transformation will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

Implementation & Transformation Support

  • Assist theSr. Transformation Managerin executinggrowth and service transformationinitiatives.
  • Help define and optimize operating models to improveorganizational efficiency and customer service delivery.
  • Support change management efforts bycoordinating communication and trainingfor frontline teams.
  • Analyzeperformance metricsand identifyareas for operational improvement.
  • Drivedata-driven decision-makingand track progress towardKPIsrelated to revenue service quality and cost efficiency.

Branch Expansion Coordination

  • Support theBranch Expansion Managerinnew branch openings relocations and expansions.
  • Coordinatefacility setup contractor engagement and operational readiness for new locations.
  • Ensure thatnew branches adhere to company processes performance standards and compliance requirements.
  • Provide project oversight onbudgeting timeline tracking and risk mitigationfor expansion projects.
  • Act as abridge between corporate leadership and field operationsto resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth rollouts.

Project Specialist Support

  • Providementorship guidance and project coordinationto theProject Specialist Operations & Transformation.
  • Collaborate with the Project Specialist to ensurealignment of service transformation effortswith broader organizational goals.
  • Support the Project Specialist intracking service performance metrics identifyingefficiency gaps and implementingcontinuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in thedevelopment and execution of training and coaching programsfor frontline teams and managers.
  • Work together to facilitatecross-functional communication ensuring that transformation initiatives are effectively integrated into service operations.
  • Help remove roadblocks for the Project Specialist incoordinating operational enhancements change adoption and service performance improvements.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Engage withHR IT Legal and Field Leadershipto align onproject timelines and execution plans.
  • Facilitate regular project updates and ensure that key stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
  • Work closely withservice teams sales teams and operational leadersto integrate transformation initiatives at all levels of the organization.

Process & Compliance Management

  • Assist in developing and enforcingstandard operating procedures (SOPs)for branch operations.
  • Ensure adherence toregulatory health and safety guidelinesin all expansion efforts.
  • Support efforts to maintain and improvecustomer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Performs other as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Will have direct reports

Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 25-50% depending on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degreein Business Operations Management or a related field.

3-5 years of project management experience in operations transformation or business expansion.

Proficiency inMS Office experience with project management tools and data analytics tools.

Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.

Experience working in amatrix organization influencing change across multiple departments.

X

Knowledge ofconstruction project management budgeting and contractor coordination.

X

Familiarity withoff-highway equipment service center operations or manufacturing environments

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS:

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:

Add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Compute rate ratio and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g. formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
