Job Description
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Centers Ambulatory Care Clinic is seeking a dedicatedRegistered Nurse (RN) to join the team. This role provides critical support to the clinic andfocusing on thetriaging of our patients.The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Work Hours: 40 hours/week - Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm
What Youll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelors DegreeAssociate degree or Diploma in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Maryland or compact state Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Minimal of two years clinical RN experience required.
- Outpatient/ambulatory care nursing experience and/or in patient acute care is a plus.
Key responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Prescribes delegates coordinates provides and implements care for patients who seek care on an episodic or ongoing basis which may continue over time or involve multiple disciplines. Assist in the medical plan of care by implementing prescribed diagnostic therapeutic preventative and wellness regimens.
- Performs screening triage treatment education and care coordination duties.
- Facilitates service by providing direction to ancillary staff to ensure that patient care is administered in a thorough safe and knowledgeable manner.
- May function in a formal leadership role in order to plan direct and coordinate service activities.

Qualifications:
- Current Maryland RN license or multi-state compact RN license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Bachelors Degree or Associate in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Previous experience is a plus
- Will consider New Grad

Salary Range: Minimum$38.49/hour - Maximum$59.66/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
