The Opportunity
This is not your typical Care Manager role. You will be responsible for:
Establishing and growing a brand-new care service from recruiting and training the first Care Professionals to building strong community relationships and developing the client base.
Driving growth and quality ensuring that as the service grows it meets franchise standards and our own reputation for excellence.
Building a high-performing team culture where Care Professionals feel supported valued and motivated to deliver outstanding care.
Working closely with the owners - to develop and deliver a strategic plan that ensures the territory becomes the first-choice home care provider in the area.
Qualifications :
About You
Were looking for someone who:
Has extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector ideally already operating as a Care Manager or Deputy ready for the next step and is willing to work to becoming a Registered Care Manager as the business grows and develops.
Has the drive resilience and commercial awareness to build and grow a new service hitting business growth targets while maintaining exceptional care standards.
Can inspire and lead a team balancing operational detail with strategic vision.
Understands compliance and legislation inside out and is confident in delivering safe high-quality person-centred care.
Holds or is willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Has a driving licence and is happy to travel across the local area to meet clients and build relationships.
