Job Description
Career Access Program Director
We are hiring a Career Access Program Director to oversee and drive the success of Career Access Program in Boro Park Brooklyn. This role includes planning executing and growing workforce development services aimed at supporting community members in accessing meaningful career opportunities.
The director will collaborate closely with senior leadership program staff community stakeholders and funders to ensure the programs success. The right candidate will be a mission-driven leader who thrives on innovation collaboration and making a tangible impact through employment initiatives and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Career Access Program
- Design and implement workforce development strategies
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with employers community organizations and funders
- Oversee program staff and participant engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to align services and share best practices
- Track program outcomes and prepare reports for stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in workforce development program design or nonprofit leadership
- Strong strategic planning and partnership-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational abilities
- Proven track record of community engagement and leadership
- Fluent in English; Yiddish fluency strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Brooklyns Boro Park community is a plus
