Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner/RNFA or Physician Assistant to lead and support our Cardiac OR team. In this full-time role you will work closely with cardiac surgeons OR nursing staff and the clinical advanced practice manager to optimize workflow and enhance the clinical skills of the OR team. You will play a key leadership role in managing patient care during complex cardiac surgeries and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.

Salary Range: Minimum$64.61/hour - Maximum$100.15/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
