Your mission
As an Implementation Manager you will play a key supporting role in the execution and delivery of DeLaval Plus services. Working closely with the Senior Implementation Manager and cross-functional teams your mission is to contribute to high-quality well-coordinated implementation activities across markets. You will be involved in go-to-market projects and support operational rollouts of our digital services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the market introduction of digital services by coordinating implementation activities aligned with the Commercial Offering and cluster organization.
- Contribute to the operational readiness of digital services by maintaining support materials managing Help Center content and coordinating with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent implementation guidance.
- Assist Market Areas and sales territories in executing implementation plans offering hands-on support resolving issues and ensuring operational readiness.
- Actively participate in dialogues with DeLavals teams dealers and customers helping to gather insights and strengthen engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline the implementation process and support quality assurance.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation and keep a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications and experience
To thrive in this role you should possess:
- University degree in business administration Agriculture Dairy Science or a related field is required.
- High-level familiarity with the agri/dairy industry understanding market trends challenges and opportunities characterizes industry knowledge.
- Effective interaction in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams promoting collaboration communication and being a team player reflects collaborative skills.
- Inspirational communicator capable of effectively conveying ideas inspiring teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Independent and self-reliant demonstrating the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward signifies Independence and Initiative.
