What youll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in room service luxury restaurant or hospitality guest service.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for presentation and personalisation.
Calm and composed under pressure with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
High standard of personal grooming and professionalism.
Fluent in English with confident and courteous communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards particularly within a five-star or boutique hotel setting.
Familiarity with luxury guest expectations and the discretion required for high-profile clientele.
Understanding of dietary requirements menu items and how to make recommendations or adjustments to suit guest needs.
