Role: Account Manager

Location: Sydney (Hybrid)

Salary: $75000 ($150000 OTE)

Role Purpose

The Account Managers purpose is to ensure we have happy clients who value their relationship with Natilik whether we are Consulting Partnering or also achieve their fiscal targets by understanding Clients needs and helping them achieve them by Landing new opportunities for Natilik Expanding existing business Renewing and protecting recurring revenue and helping Clients Adopt our solutions and services. (LAER)

Main activities tasks & duties:

  • Build amazing relationships with your Clients and understand the outcomes they are trying to achieve. Be the voice of your Client within Natilik

  • Build amazing relationships with your colleagues at Natilik and Focus Partners who will help you deliver to your Clients.

  • Become expert at understanding and applying Natiliks go-to-market proposition and understand how this can positively impact our Clients (LAER)

  • Co-ordinate and direct your Virtual Team in Natilik to ensure your wider team is helping you and your Clients achieve their outcomes.

  • Manage a sales cycle from opportunity discovery through to closure

  • Ensure the financial integrity of every Client contract/deal/transaction

  • Use Natiliks tools to document and develop our relationship and sales strategy with our Clients.

  • Forecast both short- and long-term opportunities

  • Meet with your Leader to discuss Client relationships and pipeline health.

Job requirements

Key Qualities:

To deliver in your role we expect the following skills abilities knowledge & experience:

  • Be Client Obsessed: Having a desire to always do best by customers delivering 100% for every prospect and client.

  • Relentless Approach: Sales can be hard and having an attitude that allows you continue moving forward despite setbacks is useful.

  • Sales Aptitude: The ability to question effectively and truly understand our customers needs as well as having inherent negotiating skills.

  • Relationship Builder: Both internally and externally its vital that this person can develop lasting relationships if we intend to deliver successfully to clients.

  • Continuous learner: Someone thats constantly looking at ways to improve their sales approach and their industry knowledge.

  • Diligent Documenter: Making sure were capturing the right information in the right systems throughout the process.

  • Time Management: Highly organised and capable of prioritising your workload based on customer requirements.

  • Professionalism: Appropriately representing Natilik when engaging with customers and partners while also treating colleagues with respect.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 1-3 years experience in a sales role ideally within the digital transformation or technology solution space
