Legato LLCrecruiters () would love to speak with you regarding the following position: Image Processing Subject Matter Expert in Annapolis Junction MD
Security Clearance Required:TS/SCI with Polygraph
Salary Range:$165000-$230000 depending on experience.
*Eligible for Part Time or Full Time Work*
We are seeking:
An individual with experience analyzing and developing algorithms to correct scientific image data containing aberrations lensing defects optical anomalies distortions non-linearity etc. Expertise in developing algorithms for object detection feature extraction and pattern recognition in high-resolution images particularly from microscopes. Proficiency in stitching or combining multiple images into seamless mosaics including handling alignment blending and geometric transformations for high-resolution microscopy data. Familiarity with image preprocessing techniques (e.g. noise reduction contrast enhancement edge detection) for microscopy data. Ability to handle large high-resolution image datasets and optimize algorithms for performance and accuracy. Knowledge of training and deploying machine learning models for real-time or batch image analysis. Our minimum requirements for this role:
- Experience working with imagery data or writing software dealing with imagery data.
- Twelve (12) years experience in a similar role.
- A masters degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering Physics Computer Science Computer Engineering Mathematics or similar.
