Job Summary:
The Clinical Pharmacist II in Neonatal/Pediatric Intensive Care provides clinical pharmacy services for patients on the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units serving as the drug expert helping to manage the complex pharmacotherapy regimen of each patient. This role involves rounding with the PICU Red Team or NICU NP Team to optimize complex pharmacotherapy regimens performing medication order review and verification for ICU responsibilities for the position include: comprehensive medication management interdisciplinary decision making emergency code response care coordination education policy/procedure development and research activities. They will provide drug information and education to patients students residents pharmacists and other health care practitioners. The work schedule is typically dayshift Monday through Friday but will provide occasional weekend and evening coverage.

Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum$54.59/hour - Maximum$90.15/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
