Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a 24/7 Technical Operations Center (TOC) responsible for monitoring and maintaining a complex nationwide IT infrastructure. This is a mission-critical environment that demands real-time responsiveness technical leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary IT teams.
Location: Camp Springs MD Clearance Requirement: Must have a favorably adjudicated background investigation appropriate for the sensitivity level of the role Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle ensuring high-quality standards in planning execution and delivery
- Lead large-scale IT initiatives including system upgrades migrations and implementation of emerging technologies like AI and automation
- Oversee real-time infrastructure monitoring incident response root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to ensure operational excellence
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decisions
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical staff and business stakeholders
- Track project milestones to ensure adherence to scope schedule and budget
- Identify and mitigate risks issues and dependencies across programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or 10 years of IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- At least one technical certification preferred (e.g. CCNP CCIE MCITP/MCSE CISSP)
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT environments in a fast-paced high-stakes setting
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required

Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
