Role overview
The roles focus is Procurement Process Analytics & Reporting. It integrates data performs analysis interprets results and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the markets.
What youll be doing
The role supports the WE Indirect and Marketing & Sales procurement teams in analysing performance creating visibility and transparency across markets activities including:
Generation of periodic procurement and supplier performance reports with accuracy to identify and process data sources
Designing and creating dashboards visualizations and reports from data extracts
Exporting and integrating data from a variety of sources including SIEVO SAP BI and Ariba
Preparation and distribution of documentation data processes analyses models manuals and procedures for internal and external use
Development of queries to extract data on department needs
Provide analytical assistance on category strategies and sourcing projects
Provide system support/trainings for procurement users (reporting & tools)
Were looking for a candidate with the following education & experience
Education:
Bachelors Degree in economics computer science engineering or mathematics (or student of last year)
Languages:
English (advanced) knowledge of other languages is beneficial
Qualifications & Experiences:
Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP or Ariba is beneficial.
Experience in a Procurement Department is beneficial
Basic knowledge of Business Process Mapping
Good analytical skills with the ability to extract collect organize analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Experience with analytics and statistics
Experience in advanced Excel (ideally Excel VBA) for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation
Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment
Capable of making presentations
Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the bigger picture
