ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client a multinational company with specialization in production of paints coating and specialty in chemicals is looking for a Sales Representative.
Location: Kryoneri Attica Greece

You will be reporting to: Country Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
The potential candidate will be responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business within the assigned sales area of Greece by developing new business and expanding existing customers business base.
More specifically:
- Manages a portfolio of customers in a designed area in order to execute sales plan.
- Screens customer base for new opportunities generates leads and maintains pipeline.
- Provides appropriate and agreed levels of contact service and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Regularly tracks sales performance compared to set targets to ensure goals are achieved and identifies reports and takes corrective actions when needed.
- Collects reports and analyses the customer feedback / information on present as well as future market trends in the context of possible further market penetration.
- Promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the customers.
- Creates and execute account/customer plans aligned with national plans to promote added value.
- Review receivables and control DSO in line with business expectations.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in economics or business administration or a related field.
- Masters degree in business administration is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles sales and key account and strategic account management preferably in Marine Sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Effective decision making and problem- solving abilities.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in creating compelling value propositions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross- functional collaboration.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Self- driven with high motivation and results-oriented mindset.
