What youll do
As a NightIn-Room Dining Waiter youll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting ourguests:
- You will be responsible for delivering 5-starservice taking pride in everything you are doing while looking after all ofour guests needs. An important part of this is to get to know and mostimportantly to understand our new guests as well as our regular this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requestsinvolving purchasing specific food or beverage items serving off menurequests pre-ordering meals or placing additional fridges in the rooms. Mostof these requests are fulfilled by the Night In In Room Dining Waiters with thesupport of the management team.
The itemsshared are the essence of a day in the life of a Night In-Room Dining Waiterbut well make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
Theoperational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. Thesecurrently set as:
- Monday toFriday: 19:00 - 07:00
- Saturdayand Sunday: 19:00 - 07:00
What youll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in food and beverage - atleast 2 years
- Have genuine interest in food and beverage tobe able to recommend options
- Strongverbal communication skills English is the primary language used in ourhotel.
- Experiencein taking order accurately and have the ability to manage overnightefficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Strongproven Food and Beverage background
- StrongMicros and Excel skills
