A Brief Overview

Administrative Representatives work under close supervision and are responsible for a variety of administrative duties. The Admin Rep will report to the Loan Servicing Supervisor or Manager in Credit. The Representative is acquiring basic skills in order to perform routine tasks; focusing on learning assisting and processing. The Representative is responsible for supporting multiple Markets within Credit.

What you will do

  • Answer phones and emails
  • Distribute and process mail
  • Track and log various items
  • Coordinate meetings; including scheduling agendas materials minutes
  • Order supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • File and image documents
  • Review track and pay invoices bills and donation requests
  • Track expenses and BVIS statements
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy

Minimum Requirements

  • Entry-level job with little or no prior relevant work experience in the function

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Detail-oriented
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Effectively work in fast-paced environment with good time-management skills
  • Focus on multiple priorities without degradation to quality of work produced
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic operational knowledge


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
  • Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator copy machine and computer printer
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets office machinery and other rooms
  • Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
  • Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
  • Constantly communicates with customers coworkers and management in-person and on the phone
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information
  • FirstBank does not currently offer fully remote positions except as required by law. The actual number of in-office days that may be required will vary by business unit role and business need.



Salary Range

$20.00 Per Hour to $23.73 Per Hour
