Job Summary: We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our expanding commercial real estate company. To succeed in this role you must be professional on the phone and when greeting clients and guests have organizational skills and be able to multitask. You must be comfortable with technology able to figure things out quickly and demonstrate the ability to clear tasks quickly and efficiently. The right candidate will play an important role in setting a professional tone with our clients and other key stakeholders.
