REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Payroll Analyst reports to the Payroll & Tax Compliance Supervisor and has no direct reports.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the processing balancing and closing of the payrolls. This position is the first in trouble-shooting payroll issues. This role is responsible for payroll system support working on payroll projects and ensuring all balancing of payrolls are accurate and compliant to federal state and local laws. Requires mathematical and analytical skill; attention to detail the ability to multi-task meeting strict payroll processing deadlines and balancing a challenging workload. Works collaboratively with locations HR Business Partners Audit Finance Accounts Payable HRIS Total Rewards and internal payroll/tax team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in business human resources payroll or related field.
Skills: Requires excellent analytical interpersonal/communication and organization skills; Must have working knowledge of personal computers Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment; Must have knowledge/understanding Wage and Hour and payroll tax/state law to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years of payroll experience. Must have Workday payroll experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors Degree
Skills: Crystal Reports experience.
Years of Experience: 4 years of payroll experience in a multi FEIN and multi state environment.
Certification: CPP or FPC
