About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join our Commercial Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance Technology & Corporate youll partner closely with senior stakeholders providing trusted analysis and strategic decision support that directly influences business performance across corporate teams. This is a hands-on role where you will:
- Deliver monthly financial results reporting and end-of-year processes
- Lead budgeting and forecasting
- Engage and support senior decision-makers to provide insight and guidance on costs
- Oversee labour models reporting and recruitment governance
- Ensure material corporate costs are accurately tracked and accounted for
- Champion process improvement and leverage new ERP capabilities
- Support business cases commercial modelling and ad hoc strategic analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standard
About You
Youre a commercially savvy and confident finance professional who thrives in a dynamic stakeholder-rich environment. You bring both technical accounting acumen and a strategic mindset with the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level.
Youll also bring:
- CA/CPA qualification with proven experience in a complex business or corporate environments
- Proven experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to insight generation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present financial information
- Advanced Excel PowerPoint and ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
- A natural curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
