Job Description
Summary/Objectives
The Senior Production Print Systems Analyst is responsible for working with the RJ Young Production Print Specialists other analysts and customers in driving and maintaining production print activity and customer satisfaction by providing specific technical sales support as required. They will perform extensive customer needs analyses and site surveys meet with decision makers identify challenges within the accounts structure and develop solutions to meet customers needs.

- Prepare workflow solutions.
- Maintain communication with current production print accounts as well as Production Print Specialists and Analysts.
- Participate in both customer and sales team product training.
- Be proficient and able to discuss variable print data workflow solutions and software.
- Be proficient and able to discuss network applications.
- Be competent and able to demonstrate install and troubleshoot equipment.
- Complete paperwork and documentation.
- Participate in daily pre-sales activities with Production Print Specialists.
- Analyze customer needs and create solutions.
- Lead customer demonstrations of production print products.
- Assist in proposal preparation with Production Print Specialists.
- Develop an implementation and training guide for each production print installation.
- Perform all production print installations and training within specified territory.
- Act as a subject matter expert for other Production Print Systems Analysts.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will not have direct reports but will act as the subject matter expert for the other Production Print Systems Analysts.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and on site at customers locations. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines and production print equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time; Monday-Friday; 40 hrs/week
Travel
Some travel expected within certain territory.
Required Education and Experience
10 years experience in print production
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelors degree
