Job Summary:
A Service Adviser acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer needs recommending appropriate services or repairs coordinating with technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns or service requests.
Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended maintenance or repairs.
Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines.
Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and gather repair updates.
Keep customers informed about service status pricing and any delays.
