Castellucci Hospitality Group is looking for a sous chef who has a passion for hospitality. If you are looking to work alongside an extremely fun and talented group of people with a ton of knowledge this could be the right restaurant for you! We are a family owned and operated restaurant group with 7 locations in Atlanta. We grewthis past year out of Atlanta and into Nashville!
We opened our third location of Iberian Pig this summer in The Gulch area of Nashville (first two locations in Atlanta)! We are looking for someone with roots in Nashville whois responsible for many restaurant operations including: preparation of food inventory management scheduling training coaching expediting and cooking on the line.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Able to work all shifts including AMs PMs weekends and holidays
Able to stand continuously for an entire shift and move within the restaurant
Fluent in English
Communicates clearly and concisely with both guests and team members
Able to manage and train line cooks dishwashers and server assistants
Able to prioritize organize and follow-up
Able to work the line; all stations including expo
Able to learn and maintain advanced food and menu knowledge
