You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated organized and purpose-driven entry-level Project Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Art Curriculum Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail strong communication and coordination skills and a genuine interest in the education sector.
While graphic design skills are a plus the primary focus is on administrative operational and logistical support for projects events and communication workflows.
Assist in coordinating and tracking projects school initiatives and team deliverables
Prepare schedules maintain documentation and follow up on timelines
Support day-to-day administrative operations and backend tasks
Serve as a communication link between schools teachers vendors and internal departments
Help coordinate meetings events and training sessions
Maintain records and follow up on assigned action items
Support planning and execution of art-related events and exhibitions
Help manage resource distribution and vendor coordination
Ensure timely follow-through on logistics and reporting
Assist in streamlining internal workflows and documentation practices
Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency
Assist with creating basic presentations visual reports or communication materials if design skills are present
Ensure consistency with Podars brand identity (design experience in Canva/Adobe is a bonus)
Essential:
Bachelors degree in any field (preferably Management Education or Arts)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides Drive)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
Interest in working in the education sector
