JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible managing demand management & transformation projects across FLG. This role will also be responsible for implementing processes building demand management office defining metrics reporting & tracking benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Management

Measures of Success

PLANNING

1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management

2. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

3. Determine the resourcesrequired to complete the project

4. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required

5. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

IMPLEMENT

1. Execute the project according to the project plan

2. Develop forms and records to document project activities

3. Set up repository to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured for corporate memory

4. Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

COMMUNICATION

1. Prepare reports / presentation on the project for management

2. Publish periodic updates to management / relevant stakeholders

3. Take corrective action to address deviations in consultation with relevant stake holders

Internal: All leadership in FLG EMC PMO Vertical Leads

External: All Business user groups Information Security team
