Role:
As a Jr Quality Assurance & Controls Analyst - 1 year fixed term contract you will support the Compliance Department in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the Companys internal controls and compliance processes. You will assist in conducting sample testing to ensure KYC and Sanction Screening processes and supporting efforts to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and internal policies
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the implementation and execution of the Compliance Quality Assurance program
Perform routine quality checks
Perform checks and controls testing on compliance-related activities (e.g. KYC Due Diligence reviews sanction screening etc.)
Support the development and maintenance of compliance control checklists
Collaborate with first-line teams to collect data and provide feedback on potential control gaps
Assist in the tracking and follow-up of remediation actions
Prepare reports on QA findings and assist in documenting observations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Economics Law Business Admin Finance
0-2 years of experience in Compliance Quality Assurance Audit or Risk management preferably in a financial or payment institution
Basic understanding of Financial Regulations (AML/CTF PSD2 etc)
Ability to work interpedently and manage
Familiarity with Google Suite
Excellent Verbal and Written skills in English and Greek
Professional Cert (e.g. CAMS ICA or similar) are a plus but not required
