Over the last few years the Hotel has undergone major renovations in the bedrooms restaurant residents lounge sports bar and all public areas. This year we will completing our new and opulent spa and state-of-the-art leisure areas as well as our new conference rooms and additional 24 bedrooms

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSous Chef to join our team at Aldwark Manor Estate. This role is responsible for all Elements Restaurant iworking with other chefs to deliver Breakfast Lunch and Dinner in our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant
Purpose of the role:
As a Sous Chef you will be overall responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the Kitchen and its staff in the absence of the Senior Sous Chef and the Head Chef. Directing kitchen activities for the junior members and ensuring the preparation of our delicious food - helping create memorable experiences for guests - whenever and wherever they dine.
You will support the Head Chef with food preparation menu preparation inprire and monitor the junior team in the absence of the Senior Sous Chef and the Head Chef . The main purpose of the role is to be a supportive role model ensuring smooth workflow and running of the kitchen all while maintaing high standards of food quality and presentation. This role also includes supporting with all things Health and Safety.
